The Design Process
Week 1 – 3
Content Copywriting
The structure of your content is partly what helps search engines understand the services you offer as well as the location you offer those services. Our job is to combine well written, original content with a website structure that increases the likelihood of ranking in search engines when potential clients are looking for you.
We schedule one content session together to talk about your business and walk through a questionnaire that gives us all the information we need to successfully write your content. We develop all of the content prior to designing the website.
Week 4 – 7
Website Design
No waiting for updates or website meetings. Our websites are designed on a live, password protected URL so you have full access to the site as we build it. This method allows us to design, develop, and launch your site quicker than any other web team while providing the high quality your site will need to succeed.
With content already complete and optimized, we next want to create a site that instills the confidence potential clients need when choosing a fence company. To do this we develop a beautiful, easy to navigate, custom WordPress website.
Week 8
Website Launch
On soft launch day (8 weeks from the project start date), we set the URL live so your site will be publicly available. We then go through our launch checklist making sure every page is optimized and working perfectly.
Once we’ve completed our launch checklist, we follow up the next day with Hard Launch Day. This day is a day of celebration. It’s the day we promote your beautiful new website to friends, family, and social media. It bookmarks the beginning of our new process as we begin to track our continuous progress.
